We have a NO REFUND policy,
you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a REPLACEMENT.
To be eligible for a Replacement Exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused with tags in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start an Exchange,

If your Replacement is AVAILABLE and accepted,we will be sent to you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether your exchange was approved. If approved, an email will be automatically sent to you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!
